Steamboat offers diverse terrain suitable for both very experienced skiers and first timers. With about 3,000 total acres, there are 165 trails, 18 lifts, and 3 terrain parks for your pleasure!
Steamboat offers great “Western Hospitality”. It was a great Western town before it became a skiers’ destination and it still honors its Western heritage.
It offers over 100 restaurants and bars with enough variety for everyone.
Steamboat has a great ski and snowboard school, You also may want to ski with Olympian Billy Kidd and Nelson Carmichael for some free ski pointers.
Mountain tours are offered daily. Other activities include snow mobiling, hot air ballooning, and soaking in the mineral hot springs.
